Greetings:
45 is already impressive; about 10 more than Honda-san ordained.
I believe the PA Carb can't fuel much more power than you have.
If you port the stock intake mani and mount an Amal-Arreche 17.5 or 19 you can touch 50.
If not, what else is there to do?

You should be able to do 50+ with what you did. That hand made pipe is suspect.

Greetings:
Aero and all standard Elite belts are 641 x 15.5 x 30. The 654x18 is the ZX "Short" belt. Unless there's a way to install a ZX boss and larger rear pulley on your SE/05 (and there isn't - the crank splines are too short...) that ZX belt will be too long. Bando 641 or the Malossi or Polini equivalents are pretty much your only options.

I would try to go with aftermarket reeds.
I saw a CT mani setup with a stock carb fitting on top not too long ago.......i think it was from treatland.
